Employers
I offer therapy sessions to organisations for their Directors and their members of staff.
You may wish to offer this service as part of your overall HR package. You will get the best out of your staff if they have someone to discuss their issues with rather than holding onto them and thereby harbouring feelings of resentment or of being undervalued.
This will work much the same as other counselling services except there will be an agreed number of sessions - most companies offer from 6 to 10 sessions - and the company will pay the fee rather than the individual.
Confidentiality
I am obliged by my code of ethics to maintain client confidentiality at all times and will not discuss the content of the work with any client to an organisation/employer.
